On July 1, 2025, Carter Credit Union began experiencing a service outage. We are currently investigating the issue and are working diligently to restore services as quickly as possible.
Is the mobile application working?
Yes, our mobile banking app is functional.
Can I access online banking?
Yes.
Can I still check my statements and balances?
Members are able to view all statements and balances through our mobile banking app.
Can I still make electronic transfers?
Yes, all electronic transfers are available through our mobile banking app.
Can I still access Zelle?
Yes, Zelle is not affected through our mobile banking app.
Are branches open?
All branches will resume regular hours on July 3 to support members. Please note certain branch services are temporarily unavailable.
Can I still open a new account?
Unfortunately, we are unable to support members and prospective members in opening new accounts at this time.
Where are your shared branches?
Will foreign ATM fees from Wednesday, July 2, 2025 be refunded?
Foreign ATM fees from Wednesday, July 2, 2025 will be refunded by the end of July 2025.
How do I make a cash deposit?
